S’bu Manqele is the Group Business Director of the Switch Group, and is responsible for business development in existing and new markets. S’bu has worked as marketer for FMCG companies including: Unilever, SAB, The Coca-Cola Company and Adcock Ingram. He also spent his time in the broadcast industry at M-Net, as Marketing Manager for Africa, at the African Broadcast Network, and at the SABC as General Manager of marketing.

Gaby De Abreu
Gaby de Abreu is co-founder and Executive Creative Director of Switch. As an ex-footballer, Gaby is able to juggle many balls in all aspects of corporate and retail design communication and has won numerous local and international awards. He sits on the executive committee of the S.A. Brand Design Council, Creative Circle and the Loerie Board. His work has been featured in publications like Design Week in the UK, and Novum in Germany.

Larry Shiller
Larry Shiller is the Executive Director of the Switch Design Group. Born and raised in Johannesburg, Larry was educated at Wits and spent the first 11 years of his working life gaining marketing experience at The Coca-Cola Company. Soon after, Larry gained a further 10 years of branding and design experience as a director of a global design agency, responsible for strategic planning and marketing, prior to the founding of Switch.

Malcolm King
Malcolm King is currently the Creative Director of both Digital and Advertising departments at Switch. His claim to fame is a song he wrote that made it to number 2 on the 5FM charts in 1999, but since then, has won numerous awards at the Loeries, 
Caples, Echos, Clio’s and Cannes. He is also a Loeries Judge.
